I do not like traditional gyms . See a room full of exercise machines and treadmills, one beside the other, with its digital and sophisticated displays designs makes me wonder how we have come to think that these expensive devices may be better to train naturally, with room our own body.(body fat analyzer)

The fitness industry has  shifted from our lives natural exercises, with which we have kept in form for thousands of years, and has been replaced by movements pre-made exercise machines, working separately our muscles, movements artificial, forced, not responding to the anatomy of the body, or prepare us to work better in real life.(buy bmi scale india)

Gym machines are not a good way to have a strong and healthy body, but the owner of the gym allow you to maximize space and not having to hire qualified teaching staff use our body. Good for business, not so much for you.

People have lost the ability to train with his own body, and go the gym and their machines as a necessary evil. However there are many exercises you can perform in the comfort of your home or in the park, and that will give better results than the typical boring routines in the gym machines.(buy body fat scale)

How many people know who has spent years going to the gym, always training with the same machines and basically without achieving any visible results in their bodies? Surely many, I was one of them.

After changing my workout for body exercises and exercises with free weights, and not to touch a machine gym, my body became few months. And my experience is not an isolated case, it is usual.

The problem is that many people do not know where to start. What exercises should I do? How should sequence them ?.

I recognize that the answer is not simple, and depends on many factors that I can not comment here. 2 Workouts

By way of introduction I explain two sessions of example based on physical exercises of different complexity, depending on whether you are a beginner ( basic training ) have some experience or training ( intermediate training ).

Both share certain characteristics that make them effective:

They are based on  compound exercises that work  multiple muscle groups and joints in a coordinated way, which is how our body should function in nature. Work the  stabilizing muscles that are not activated when train sitting, as in most machines.
Body exercises  force you to work your balance, coordination, and flexibility , unlike gym machines simply designed to gain strength (and are not even very effective for this).
Optimize the range of motion of your joints , which in itself makes the most effective and helps improve the flexibility of your body exercises.
They allow few breaks , which also work the cardiovascular and muscular endurance, without the need for long aerobic sessions.
To  recruit more muscles  simultaneously you need  less time ; you can complete body workout in 30 minutes, while machines would need much longer.
While there are many ways to structure a workout, which explain below are based on what is called  a circuit. It consists of making a batch of each exercise with repetitions (or time) that stated, and move to the next exercise ideally without rest (or with a short break of a few seconds if you're exhausted). When you make a batch of each exercise you've completed what is called a  round . At the end of a round you must rest a minute (two minutes if you have proved very hard), and start the next round.
